 
															The Palm Springs Convention Center (PSCC) is a vibe of a venue located in the heart of downtown and surrounded by hotels, restaurants and entertainment that exude the spirit of the destination. The Convention Center welcomed Digital Edge as an extension of its team to elevate its branding, creativity and messaging for its meetings marketing initiatives, create digital tools to support its group sales team, and execute strategies to move planners through the sales funnel.
Coming out of the pandemic, the PSCC staff was running lean and needed help with meetings marketing messaging and digital strategies to raise awareness for the distinctive and architecturally striking venue and downtown core as an attractive and authentic Palm Springs experience for conventions and events and generate soft leads.
The PSCC team needed a highly specialized agency focused on meetings and conventions marketing.

															With the lead gen campaign for a FAM trip during the Palm Springs International Film Festival, the PSCC has been able to bring new clients to the table.
And because of the raised awareness and increase in PSCC and hotel bookings, the facility has garnered more community investment, including support for studies to stay competitive and renovations to keep the venue’s vibe going strong.
